'Single Plug'

Normally the Xcel Plug® and the Xtract Plug® are delivered in trays. However, the Single plug is delivered without trays. The desired quantity of individual plugs is packed in boxes or crates. This plug is no different from the  Xcel Plug® or the Xtract Plug® except that it has been made more stable. All the physical and chemical properties remain unchanged. As trays are not used, the volume of the exported goods is minimalised. Transport costs can be therefore be reduced significantly. This in itself is a very interesting aspect for the export market.

The 'Single Plug' has the same properties as the unique Xcel Plug® or the Xtract Plug®. The 'Single Plug' needs less space during transport. The 'Single Plug' remains good and usable and can be stored for longer periods. The 'Single Plug' is most suitable for locations where transport costs are high and labour costs are low. The 'Single Plug' is also convenient if you prefer to fill the tray yourself (for example in a chessboard pattern).

The 'Single Plug' is easy to handle, even if the plug ends up in the automation process at a later stage.
